A Flood Watch has been issued across parts of NW Oregon and SW Washington, mainly west of the Cascades and north of Benton/Linn Counties. Widespread heavy rain through Friday may lead to flooding. If you live in a flood-prone area, make sure to have an action plan. #ORwx #WAwx
