there are aromantic & asexual people who do engage in romantic/sexual relationships, but i dislike how allos as of late only put a focus on them to the point that every time the rest of us who lack attraction/interest in sex, etc. are represented, we're viewed as "stereotypes."

I think it's nice to have some depictions of asexuality & aromanticism where the individual isn't part of a couple. That's an experience a lot of us have. We don't have to convince the allos we're just like them ("love is love!") by always focusing on 2 person partnerships.
