💬 We asked people with a learning disability to share their experiences of the ‘R’ word. They were so upset and traumatised by the word, they didn’t want to speak about it on camera. This is what they told us.
📢 Challenge it. Report it.
McGregor's "Theory X & Theory Y" was developed more than 60 years ago. It continues to be one of the most influential models for my change practice. Leaders with a Theory Y perspective are far more likely to be able to deliver continuous improvement. More about McGregor: medium.com/workmatters/manag… Thanks @andreasholmer
Neither. You promise to extend the platform but you need at least two years. In the meantime, you promise to build a patch to unblock things temporarily. Then, reorgs happen and everyone forgets the patch was a patch. Repeat this 100x times and that's how platforms evolve today.

We are mourning the loss of legendary musician Maxi Jazz, who has passed away at the age of 65.
The team will walk out to Faithless on Boxing Day in tribute.
We are heartbroken to say Maxi Jazz died peacefully in his sleep last night. He was a man who changed our lives in so many ways. He gave proper meaning and a message to our music. He was a lovely human being with time for everyone and wisdom that was both profound and accessible.
Thrilled to share our latest research on ED teams.
