@EversourceMA me and the residents of my street are totally trapped in due to downed trees and cables. Have called in and conveyed the emergency but still no one has responded after HOURS. Please follow up ASAP. The winds have subsided, there is 0 reason for there not to be working on this. What do we pay you for?
