Flight in 4 hours. @AmericanAir overwrote my @AlaskaAir Mileage Plan number with an AAdvantage number — no consent, no notification. I'm Alaska Titanium. Now showing zero status. This isn't a glitch. This is unauthorized modification of a customer's loyalty account. @DOT_OST @ABORDENFORSEN is this compliant with consumer protection regs?
