Everyone assumes intelligence operations are layered on top of UAP/NHI cases. Here’s my hypothesis on what that could look like: The US runs SAPs to embed cyber payloads in forward-deployed UAS. Foreign adversaries shoot them down, recover the material and walk it straight into their most sensitive, air-gapped facilities. But the deeper intel op? There’s likely an unacknowledged SAP — outside SAPCO, outside Congress that is engineering exotic craft specifically to be seeded into foreign programs under the cover of Non-Human Intelligence. The perfect espionage device is one your target desperately wants to study. The intel community’s interest in keeping UAP “mysterious” isn’t just about embarrassment or defense contractors that want to hoard the materials. Active intelligence operations can’t survive disclosure. This is all hypothetical of course based upon thousands of hours of research. I’m not suicidal and I love my life.

We cannot protect the warfighter with it. We cannot protect Americans with it. It is being kept from us. It is being kept from America. The Legacy Program makes Americans less safe. The Legacy Program threatens American national security. The Legacy Program is broken.

These look fascinating and are better than most videos of anomalous phenomena, if only we could stop playing games and release the goods we might be able to do some serious public scientific investigations.
