Had a wonderful time hosting Rocky Hill Elementary’s Mad Science night for the 3rd year! Students discovered many aspects of our theme “it’s alive!” And I even had former Rams come and help me!

Pro tip- when the weather is nice, pivot to make your activity outdoors! We love outdoor scavenger hunts! (Very easy strategy turning task cards into a movement activity).

Does practice make perfect? Ss had 20 sec to find scrambled numbers in order on a paper. Harder than you think! The activity is a metaphor for setting goals, perseverance after failure, and learning from mistakes. 1st time I’ve done this in 7 yrs and I don’t know why I stopped.
