Our highest loyalty doesn’t belong to people or parties. It belongs to principles. If you wouldn’t accept it from the “other side,” you shouldn’t accept it from yours. Integrity is upholding your values even when your own group violates them.

Someone said I am pretty. Well the whole sentence was “you're pretty annoying “ but I'm focusing on the positive. 😆

One of the hardest days of my career wasn’t in a boardroom. I was 19, a housekeeper making $7.50/hour with a quota: 18 rooms a day. I was behind. Way behind. And I needed that job. Mid-shift, I broke down crying in a supply closet. That level of stress? I’ve never felt it again—not even in tech. That day taught me grit. And that some of the strongest people in any org aren’t in leadership—they’re the ones whose names we never learn. Never forget where you started. It’s where your strength lives.
