Dear Apple,
Your notarization service is terrible. It randomly fails, timeouts claim they're due to the lack of agreements signed when they're not, and your tool talking to your API produces errors (search CFURLRequestSetHTTPCookieStorageAcceptPolicy_block_invoke). Plz fix?
