This is what happens when you give up your firearms, btw.
The UK arrests people over retweets. Crazy.

And to ensure that the Overton Window they want stays intact... We will not stand for this.
This censorship law is a wolf in sheep’s clothing. The real goal is to enable the UK government to track everyone.

Just to be clear, this is not to protect children or for their safety. It's to stop children from viewing right wing opinions on social media so the UK can maintain their narrative that everything is great.
JUST IN: UK officially bans social media for anyone under 16 years old

All human history, if not the entire history of the universe, pointed to this: AI and Bitcoin.

Age verification is the Trojan horse for complete control of the internet. Imagine you'd have to register your identity to read a newspaper. That's what this is about. They say it's for the children, but it really is about taking away your right to use the web anonymously.
JUST IN: UK Government clarifies adults will still be able to use social media by verifying their identities with digital IDs, facial recognition, passports and credit cards.

Age verification on the internet is a Trojan Horse for Digital ID. The populous rejected this during COVID hard. We have not forgot what evils happened during that period. No Digitial ID, ever.

𝕏 is the group chat of humanity
There are many good X articles lately, some superb, intellectual, and honest. They are 1000x better than opinion columns in newspapers. I noticed my chat group has more X article links than links from MSM. In the era of agentic AI, speed in reacting to truthful information is everything, or gradient descent can quickly go in another direction. A rare sign of enlightenment.

"Restore Britain will always trust the family over big government."
Banning teenagers from social media with ludicrous conditions is unworkable, unrealistic and unwanted. Here’s a mad idea - let parents parent. Not the state, but mums, dads, grandparents or whoever else. Restore Britain will always trust the family over big government.

you are witnessing humans beginning to understand how to build real life transformers. it's awesome.
Researchers at Duke University developed Argus, a spherical robot with 20 legs and 20 eye-like sensors that can see and move in any direction. Using a concept called dynamic symmetry, it stays balanced and agile while traveling across rough terrain and climbing obstacles. The robot can also track objects and keep working even if some of its legs or sensors fail, making it useful for exploring dangerous environments and other planets.
