The RBA calling bitcoin a poor store of value is like McDonald’s criticizing salads for being unhealthy. You print money for a living. Sit this one out. @GreenTyler27 @AusBTCIndBody

Not a free country.
We are banning social media access for under 16s. These days kids must find their feet in a world where technology intrudes into every area of their life. I just can’t let that go on anymore. So we’re giving children their childhoods back.
Community note
The UK Government's 'careful review' of the research found a small correlation between children's use of social media and wellbeing, but no evidence of a causal effect: gov.uk/government/pub… assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/media/696e0b46…

The Senate has downed tools on making further CGT submissions public. No more have been uploaded today. They've only made 132 submissions of the over 1000 received public! What does that tell you about the other 900 submissions and what they said! aph.gov.au/Parliamentary_Bus…

According to the parties on the left immigration doesn’t affect the rental market. I wonder where they think these people live?

The sad thing about Albo is that even if he walks away from politics next year as some are predicting, he'll have fantastic life with a generous pension & many perks while he would have inflicted so much long term misery on millions of Australians. It's criminal.

Senate hearings commence into $77 billion in new taxes. We won’t hear from many experts but we will hear from plenty of vested interests and Labor mates.

“Did she though? Did she? What evidence is there?”
In just 5 days, the Fire the Liar campaign has raised $4,000,000 from over 65,000 individual donors with an average donation of $61. This has been the largest and quickest grassroots campaign Australia has seen. The Prime Minister couldn't believe it - he called the donations fake. But One Nation published the independent audit to prove him wrong. We also parked a mobile "Fire the Liar" billboard outside of his office. Tens of thousands of Australians looked at their donation receipts and knew it was real. One Nation even published a heat map showing the locations donations have been flowing in from. One Nation has been transparent - the Prime Minister still hasn't said how much his campaign raised. Our gratitude to you, the Australia people, is immense. Your donations will be used to fight the political class who have forgotten you. The campaign is ongoing at: donate.onenation.org.au/fire…

Anthony Albanese and the Labor Party know how brutally damaging it is to be branded a liar and have it stick. They did it to Scott Morrison. Notwithstanding that, when Albanese took over as Labor leader following the party’s May 21, 2019 election loss to Morrison, he counselled colleagues against the use of the term. afr.com/politics/federal/civ…

Australia runs more civil servants per head than Italy, Canada, the UK, America, Spain and Germany. We carry 25 percent more than Britain. Close to 50 percent more than Germany. Any competent company would halve the headcount and lose nothing.

It’s Monday morning, which means it’s time for Labor to debut this week’s talking point on One Nation. Just so we’re up to speed, the latest lines are that Hanson thinks you are paid too much and are too hard to sack, that Labor just wants to give you a tax cut but One Nation won’t let them, that they want abortions harder to get and guns easier to buy, and nothing is Labor’s fault. It was Covid, Ukraine, and Iran. Then there was this weird manipulative thing where she kept rattling off numbers about how much Labor has supposedly benefited Barnaby’s electorate specifically, which was presumably some rhetorical trick. If he pushed back, they could then say Barnaby doesn’t want his constituents to have Medicare or the usual disingenuous stuff that no longer works.

Over 1000 Submissions to Senate Enquiry on CGT One of our agents have been in touch with the Senate this morning. There were over ONE THOUSAND submissions. They stated there was no way they will all be published before the hearings begin, they are just not capable of that turnover. They understood that this could be interpreted by some as a deliberate white wash. They assure us that is not the intention. The lack of disclosure and transparency should be placed right at the door of Anthony Albanese and Jim Chalmers for this Whitewash. If they are so confident of the wisdom of their plan why have they silenced over 90% of submissions? It's a disgraceful abrogation of their fiduciary obligations to open and transparent governance. @mcranston1 @PhillipCoorey @GeoffWilsonWAM @PaulineHansonOz @AngusTaylorMP @ajamesbragg
