I just turned 48. I eat burgers and wings and love a cold beer. I only had adjustable weights, a bench, and a pull up bar. I skip workouts when I’m busy or tired, but I am consistent. I rarely miss two workouts in a row. You don’t need a fancy diet or full gym to stay in shape.

I keep trying to move to one of these cool new terminal emulators like warp or ghostty but keep coming back to iTerm. It's the only one that does everything I want with no weird behaviors.

Yay, a new season of @PlayApex dropped today, I can't wait play against all those "new accounts" who have somehow instantly mastered complicated movements and became expert marksmen with every gun. Will be a fun few weeks of getting killed in the first fight.

“TypeScript in 50 Lessons” by @ddprrt is one of the best books on @typescript I’ve read. It gradually builds in complexity in a way that’s easy to follow and the code examples are clear and relevant.
