Dexmedetomidine does not appear to improve analgesia or reduce opioid requirements in non-intubated ICU patients with rib fractures and should not be routinely used in this setting. ja.ma/4nKIVsG

Today is the final day in the 58 year existence of the Oakland Coliseum. If you got a memory… Share it. I’ll start: I was there for the 2013 ALDS between the A’s and Tigers. I’ve been fortunate enough to see a LOT of postseason baseball in my life. NOTHING has ever topped how loud that place was.

Since RBI became official in 1920, only one MLB player has had, over the course of his entire career (same game or not), a game with 10 RBI a game with 6 hits a game with 5 XBH a game with 3 HR a game with 2 SB That one player is Shohei Ohtani. He did all of it today.
