This is so cool: @blamasters used candidate questionnaires and AI to build a voter education tool that lets you answer a few questions and helps you decide who you should rank in the races for D.C. mayor, delegate, At-Large member of the D.C. Council, etc. rankdc.vote/

I’ve updated my tool for DC voters to help rank the candidates on their ballot. Now featuring the Democratic primary races for Mayor, Delegate, Council At-Large, Ward 1 & the special At-Large Council race. Updated with links to sources: rankdc.vote/?v=2

Not sure how to rank the candidates in the upcoming DC Democratic primary? I created a tool to help (using Claude AI). Open to feedback! rankdc.vote/?v=1

A lot of people have been positing the best path forward for the Democratic Party to rebuild our reputation and credibility among rank-and-file voters. Move to the left? Moderate on immigration? I have a better idea — take whatever Taylor Lorenz says and do the exact opposite.
Pete saying he would have "opened the schools sooner" in 2020 aka killing MORE vulnerable ppl faster, sacrificing teachers and educators (and kids!) lives to force them back into unventilated buildings w no protections. Disgusting how Dems have fully embraced far right eugenics

Funny how a book about ageing politicians was off by a decade with the age of @RepJeffries. Oops! @OriginalSinBook @AlexThomp @jaketapper

No need to be concerned. No way he could win a GOP primary with tweets like this. Glad he’s a Democrat.
I’ve always stood on the side of Roe and a woman’s right to make her own health care choices. It’s absurd to mandate criminalization because of those choices. Any bill that does so, including the Born-Alive Survivors Protection Act, is a NO from me.

Well that took one day. This is only the first of additional crimes that these violent insurrectionists will commit.
Florida man accused of wounding police officers on Jan. 6 was arrested on gun charges just one day after being pardoned by Trump search.app/SFhdRB8Vfkc8naMx7

I just talked to the family of Officer Brian Sicknick, who was killed on Jan 6. He grew up in NJ, served his nation, but was assaulted and killed. His assailants sentenced to prison until pardoned by Trump. Let us lift up Sicknick’s name and memory: THREAD

A made-for-tv-ad image of billionaires, blanket pardon for cop-beating criminals, exec order to deny citizenship to children of legal residents his-and-her crypto coins to get rich(er) off the office And inflation-spiking, market-spooking tariffs on deck for Feb 1 (we'll see) If Dems can't capitalize on this, throw in the towel

Shameful. Trump has a complete disregard for law enforcement & our first responders.
Julian Hater assaulted a police officer with a dangerous weapon. Devlyn Thompson struck a police officer with a metal baton. Robert Palmer assaulted a police officer with a fire extinguisher, a wooden plank, and a pole. All of these violent criminals have been pardoned by Donald Trump. Only the most rabid Trump partisans could defend the indefensible. Any Democratic President who did what Trump just did would have been excoriated by every Republican on the face of the earth.

Today marks a disgraceful day in American history — Donald Trump belongs in prison, not the White House. It’s guaranteed that the United States will be worse off in four years, and it’s truly a shame that so many will have to suffer the consequences.

Good points. Hegseth sucks, and is completely unqualified, but is going to get confirmed. Let’s beat Gabbard though. She’s awful, and would literally work counter to 🇺🇸 interests on many issues to the extent that I hope our allies wouldn’t share info with her.

My new column: The ballgame is (and has been) Tulsi Senate Repubs still may bow to Trump on her because fealty But why didn’t Dems turn the ship last month once Repubs fell in behind Hegseth ? politico.com/news/magazine/2…

This is correct. It was always going to be Biden or Harris. The folks suggesting otherwise don’t understand the Democratic Party.
I swear to you, as God is my witness, the majority of people calling for Biden to withdraw assumed he would endorse Harris and were nearly equally certain that the party would coalesce around her immediately. This happened recently. My memory is clear on this!

I dropped my copy off at one of the free little libraries a couple years ago. JD Vance is a bad author and an even worse senator. My review of his book, which I stand by today: facebook.com/share/YGrqsPBFE…

The great friends who made up my team — manager @KarlDangerBach, Jason Miller and the folks at Pivot, @blamasters and @derekhumphrey — did remarkable work to reach voters at their doors, by mail, by phone and online. They're all the best in the business. 3/9
