There is a vast difference between sexualizing a child and acknowledging that some children have deviant sexual impulses. I’m a homicide investigator with sex crimes experience. The fact is that sexually deviant behavior doesn’t flick on like a switch at age 18. If it did, minors would not commit rape. Talking about this behavior is not “sexualizing a child,” and claiming otherwise is red flag behavior. Not only does silence aid predators; so does muddling the concept of child sexualization. Let me be clear — sexualizing a child is a predatory act. So is pushing sexually deviant children into medicalization to further your own ends when what they need is psychological treatment. Little boys who get off on crossdressing need to be encouraged in this behavior like they need a hole in the head. Not only does it encourage sexual deviance and psychiatric dysfunction; it also puts women and children at risk when these boys then grow up to become sex offenders.
