All operations in this transaction use euint64 and are non-scalar, meaning they strictly execute between two encrypted variables rather than mixing a ciphertext with a plaintext scalar.
The caller is the Confidential USDC contract (0xe978...72B2), which holds ACL (Access Control List) permissions to trigger FHE operations in FHEVM.

Neither users nor contracts can see your sensitive data, but Zama's FHE logic and HCU costs remain 100% auditable.
Looking at this tx on Blockscout, the conclusion is clear: cryptographic privacy doesn't break on-chain verifiability. It strengthens it.
