26.12 Jungle Tier List
This tier list is for everyone. I don't see much value in making different tier lists based on elo. Some champions are better in certain elos, but champions that are considered really "OP" in low elo usually become sub-optimal (Briar) the higher you climb.
On the other hand, champions that are strong in higher elo are often harder to pilot for lower elo players. But if you put in the effort of at least 50-100 games of intentional practice, you'll improve on them and absolutely climb.
Tiers Explained:
Free LP = If you play these champions and get decent at them, you can reach Master
Strong = Very good champions, but they may require certain conditions such as favorable matchups, good ally pairings, or countering the enemy team comp.
Counterpick = If you get the perfect spot for them, they're insanely OP. (Ex: Sylas into Shyvana, Seraphine ult, or an insane Blue Kayn game.)
Good = Solid champions overall. I don't think they're OP, but they're good in the average game. They have less carry potential compared to the tiers above.
Low Elo Raid Boss = Order matters from left to right. These champions are specifically great in low elo and generally feel worse the higher you climb. The only exceptions are Nasus and Skarner, who I think are genuinely good in every elo.
Never Play = These champions aren't worth playing in my opinion, they're inconsistent. I know people will say, "But Shaco stats!" Anyone in high MMR knows that if you have a Shaco and he's not up 15 kills at 10 minutes, YOU DO NOT HAVE A JUNGLER.
