latest round of layoffs at TL did not spare me i fear... back to being teamless...
this isn't a LFW post - i just want to reflect briefly on my time there and in esports as a whole.
i started writing about esports when i was 18. it was just for fun at first bc i loved it -

i used to see my future in esports shimmering ahead of me so clearly and i don't anymore. i'm still capable of loving it but i have to try harder now and i used to not have to try at all. so maybe that all is a sign i should hit the bricks and leave it for other people.

anyway it's weird to reflect on and weird to close the book on such a huge and important era of my life. it's easy to say now that i liked it all because obviously i didn't and there were tons of hardships! but really... i liked it all. βΊοΈ
