Right now green belt land identified in @HertsmereBC local plan for development is being destroyed. A biodiverse area of land sprayed and ploughed for what reason? To make it appear derelict? Residents deserve an explanation

@CPRE This is green belt land, north of Farm Way in Bushey, Herts. Identified in the local plan as suitable for 750 houses. Last week, it was sprayed with something and this is the result.
