@LeasePlanUK You’re a joke! After 3 attempts, 8 days, multiple phone calls you’re still incapable of replacing a punctured tyre, then I’m told the tyre you approved to be fitted to my car in August shouldn’t even be on my car! Clearly safety and customer service mean nothing! 😡

Shout out to @SCAS999 crews yesterday and today for kind, compassionate and caring service to parents in law. It’s been a dramatic 48 hours with different calls to the same address and each time we had a great crew who managed both patient and family needs superbly. 👏😇
