The break in District 8 has long been a concerns for many residents! D8 “connects” communities in Barrio Logan etc & San Ysidro etc along the border by underwater line in Bay. By law districts must be contiguous. D8 jumps CV & NC. May be in violation of Federal Voting Rights Act.
