Why will Indiana still be using the 2007 ASHRAE 90.1 in the year of our lord 2028? Well...
Have any Indiana folks seen good reporting on how the state just stacked the board that adopts building codes, readopted our 2007 energy code, and changed the rules so we can’t review it again for 5 years? This happened in May and I’m just now finding out..

It’s a similar story in the US Midwest, where Minneapolis has been building more housing than any other large city in the region for years, and has completely abolished all zones that limited construction to single-family housing. The result? Rents have fallen in real terms 😃
