AA 3613 @AmericanAir just saw your Captain kick a guy off for his bag being in overhead. The flight attendant was super rude to the guy then went and told the Captain that the man cussed at him.
Guy was sitting in 14c. Flight attendant should be disciplined along with pilot

More @SouthwestAir bullshit. Tried to upgrade my boarding yesterday and system glitch. Nobody helped called in and they said see the person at the gate. I tell them the store and they were like tough luck.
