One question we get asked a lot by new customers (rightfully so) –  "What can we expect the results to be?" As a design-focused company, it's always hard to track results, because its up to our customers if they want to share data with us. We have amazing relationships with our clients, even though for many of them the project ends with their report being delivered. Second time in Jamaica. The people here are some of the most open and welcoming I’ve come across anywhere. But also quietly proud. Try giving a waitress a $1 tip and you’ll find out what I mean. Jamaica is something else. I’d move here for a month tomorrow.

How has @Spotify not fixed this shit – why am I scanning release dates of podcast episodes to figure out their order? Bad UX for end users, bad UX for podcasts using the app.

ALWAYS remove the guesswork for customers. If they can't hold it in their hands, help them visualize exactly what it could be like. In this case, users don't translate measurements to packing volume – so just show them.

How are Shopify themes and cart apps still dropping designs with basic UX issues like this. W/ the 'add' action & the 'delete' action this close together, there's a good chance the customer deletes their order if they try to add more to cart. Once that happens, bye-bye sale.
