I think thats whats extra frustrating to me, bc A’ja, Jackie, and Chelsea have somehow found that drive & overdeliver year after year. The most accomplished players are the ones who come the most prepared
For them to push themselves that hard, the front office should match that.
I think one aspect of the Aces convo that’s really under-discussed is the mental component of dynasty building. People really underestimate how hard it is psychologically to reach the mountaintop and then find the drive to climb it again, and again, and again.
