Democrats increased the number of middle managers at the City of San Diego by 461% from 70 in 2015 to 373 today
These are government positions paid for by taxpayers for things like “homelessness, climate change, sustainability and more”
“The number of middle managers at the city of San Diego has increased by 461% since 2015, while the city's population increased by just 1%.
In fact, middle manager positions grew 23 times faster than the number of frontline workers, which also increased over that period — the city created new unclassified positions to be more innovative in the areas of homelessness, climate change, sustainability and more.
And now, according to a report from the City of San Diego, the city has twice the number of middle managers as Los Angeles on a percentage of workforce basis.”

Newsom, campaigning in 2019 was against the project.
But, Biden sweetened the deal a few years later by passing some excess Federal Tax revenues to Gavin to keep the Central Valley Trolley project active.
Gavin, so easily changes his stances.
