@BestBuyCanada The covey company you used in #yyc to deliver my fridge was insulting and refused to move my old fridge. I have complained. Your "escalation" department says it's up to me to get my delivery fee back from the company, WHEN I PAID YOU FOR IT UPON PURCHASE.

...customers for over 20 years - but this entire case was a nightmare. I told the supervisor that we are not actively shopping for a new company, not that they care. They are making money hand over fist, but will cut us loose over $4-500. Pathetic business sense and client care.
