staking is dead simple and the best part: you never lose custody. you delegate to a validator, they do the work, you get daily rewards that auto-compound into your stack. rates right now are floating between 15-19% depending on the validator (live data, not me making shit up)
setup takes 5-10 mins max:

i've been in @chiliz ecosystem for a while now
every time the apy ticks up or a new club drops a fan token i get that quiet “this is still printing” feeling, rewards keep hitting the wallet like clockwork while everything else is chaos
but what always frustrated me though was how hard it was to answer the simplest questions:
▪️ if i stake 100k $chz today, what am i actually looking at in 12 months?”
▪️ how much extra do i make if i compound instead of chilling?
▪️ what does my voting power look like in 2026 if i just… never sell?
and yeah, i tried building my own google sheet… ended up with 47 tabs and a mild headache.
so I said screw it, am making the one I wish existed. took a few late nights, a lot of coffee and way too many “wait, does the apy update automatically?” moments… but it’s finally here

holy shit i won 3rd place at flared up hackathon ☀️
solo. no team. 46 hours no sleep
i literally started with “what if i try building synthetics on fxrp using ftso” on saturday thinking i’d just implement something on defi whatever i am learning.
ended up shipping flario live on @flareNetworks testnet by sunday submission time. minting, redeeming, burning everything which actually works.
shoutout @riseinweb3 for making this weekend special and every mentor i bothered at 3 am for help - it was worth
still shaking. thank you @flareNetworks for the tech that made this possible in 48 hours

I couldn't resist - took Fusaka blogs and turned it into a small video with AI
The Fusaka upgrade (Osaka Fulu) went live
And 99% of people still have ZERO idea what’s about to hit $ETH
Expanding it below:
This isn’t just another upgrade.
This is the day Ethereum starts taxing every single Layer 2 that got rich using its security for free.
Let that sink in.
For 3 years Base, Arbitrum, OP, zkSync made hundreds of millions…
while paying Ethereum pocket change in blob fees that dropped to basically ZERO
Result? ETH turned inflationary for the first time since the Merge.
Everyone panicked. “Ultra sound money is dead 😭”
Wrong.
Fusaka just pulled the uno reverse card.
Here’s the nuclear-level change almost nobody is talking about yet:
EIP-7918 forces EVERY L2 to pay a real, minimum blob fee that gets 100% BURNED
Translation:
Every swap on Base
Every trade on Aerodrome
Every mint on Zora
→ now burns ETH automatically.
The entire L2 economy just became Ethereum’s personal burn furnace.
Current burn: ~350k ETH/year (mostly L1)
Post-Fusaka realistic burn: 600k–900k ETH/year
Bull case (L2 adoption keeps exploding): 1M–1.2M ETH burned per year
That’s not deflation.
That’s aggressive supply shrinkage while 620k new ETH is still issued to stakers.
We are literally about to watch ETH supply go backwards in real time for the first time in years.
And it gets crazier:
- PeerDAS = 85% less bandwidth → L2s spam more blobs → even more burn
- Gas limit 36M → 60M → mainnet activity explodes → more burn
- L2 fees drop another 30–50% → normies flood in → way more burn
It’s a perfect flywheel:
Cheaper L2s → more users → more blobs → more ETH burned → ETH gets scarcer → price goes up → more speculation → more users → repeat
Ethereum just turned its biggest “weakness” (L2s not paying enough) into the most powerful economic flywheel in crypto.
L2s don’t compete with Ethereum anymore.
They work for Ethereum.

Binance US just listed Chiliz and most people still don’t understand what this really means.
Crypto isn’t only about price.
Sometimes a single listing is a confirmation of direction.
Chiliz has been quietly building one of the most underrated verticals in Web3:
sports, fandom, real-world communities and on-chain engagement at scale.
A US listing doesn’t “pump” a chain.
It validates momentum.
It tells you: something is moving here.
Teams don’t expand into the US market unless the foundation is strong enough.
We saw @alex_dreyfus, having a chat with @_RichardTeng as well as a speaker in Binance Blockchain Week yesterday.
