Real question - the concept of "strong opinions weakly held" is super difficult for me to really grasp and implement. Feels like just being argumentative for appearances? Anyone have any good advice or articles on this mindset? 🤔

It's taken me 45 trips around the sun, but for the first time in my life I know what it feels like to have a "band-aid" in my own skin tone. You can barely even spot it in the first image. For real I'm holding back tears.

Working at a coffee shop and you have to use the restroom...
1) Leave your computer, etc; it'll be fine!
2) Pack things up awkwardly, but leave your coat or a notebook to show you're still sitting there
3) Anxiously debate #1 and #2 while you just hold it until you leave
