@LewishamCouncil I received a phone call telling me I had a final warning to pay business rates before collections were involved. I've received no correspondence with a figure outstanding nor does our online account show any amount outstanding. We are unable to contact anyone..

..because business rates have 'gone online'. There's no phone number and no email address. This also means we have been unable to secure a COVID grant as well. At a loss as to what to do?
