Ask me how I know that there's a character on Love Island named Bryce. Go ahead, ask me.

I started posting short non-tech related videos I make with my daughter to a page about 6 wks ago. We have hardly any followers. And yet, I get stopped almost everyday by someone who recognizes us. And today we closed an investment I’m super excited about that came through someone who follows the page. The internet really can be magical.

1M on a product launch tweet. Some of the top builders. Hundreds of leads. Some of the largest builders scheduled. Caleb and team are just getting started.
We're launching Bridge today 🌉 An AI engine that builds virtual homes. Blueprint in, walkable home out. Every plan, every option, structural changes included. What took 3D artists months now takes days. Homebuilders can finally show buyers every home they sell. arcway.ai

All wealth is desire. American residential real estate is one of the largest asset classes on the planet. @Arcway3D helps owners and buyers of homes to visualize their latent potential, to *see* the possibilities in a remodel — this alone drives GDP.

I’d really like to be seeing more consumer companies (not CPG or brands)

"Rick Rubin of brainrot" 👏🏻 @rohanrkumar
I spent a week with Rohan Kumar. In his own words, he's the "Rick Rubin of brainrot", responsible for: - being the 30th employee at MrBeast, leading their short form content team - the Ramp stunt where they put Kevin from the Office in a box for 24 hours to process receipts - consulting brands on looking cool online at Night Media, the guys who manage Kai Cenat and the Rizzler There's very few people who understand how to get attention online better than him. I couldn't even talk to him for more than 30 seconds in a row because he was always on a call, responding to messages, or scrolling TikTok. It's kind of awesome how much success Rohan's gotten just by asking for it. He'll DM brands asking for money to throw a party with his friends and actually get it. He built his network by messaging at least 10 people a day in college. He knows a guy for everything, to the point where for this profile's photoshoot, he set up the photographer and got a stylist friend to dress him for it. 4 years of 120 hour weeks at MrBeast drilled into him that nothing is impossible, you just have to scope it out and know who to talk to. 10 years of doomscrolling means he has a reference for every client. He manages producers and projects like engineers manage AI agents. He's produced a body of work that's likely gotten over a trillion views at this point, yet he's never in front of the camera. I wrote for @sfalexandria_ about how he does it. sfalexandria.com/posts/rohan…

I’m a builder. This looks like a dream come true, definitely checking it out. One note: please don’t ever bloat and turn this into a PM platform (everyone always does). Keep focusing on streamlining preconstruction and design phase and you will take over the industry.

bridge doesn't just change the game for homebuilders, it's a new paradigm for urban planning altogether

The future belongs to designers who build.

This is actually insane. Turn any blueprint into a walkable virtual tour 🤯 will completely change the game for home builders.

Many such cases…
One of our CEOs called VC a market of "violent capital concentration", and is, instead, opting to be profitable, up 3x YoY. He ended his update email: "It is easier to find men who will volunteer to die, than to find those who are willing to endure pain with patience." (Caesar)

Society has been nerfing your model since you were a kid. Teaching you to dwell on only what is plausible. You gotta unwind that, you gotta be insanitymaxxing right now.

People love to rag on solo GPs while simultaneously underestimating how hard partnerships are. So many VC partnerships seem to be formed around "we can raise more money together" rather than "we invest better together." Investing is hard enough, and doing it with a partner adds another layer of complexity entirely. The number of partnership splits in recent years is a good reminder of just how hard it can be. For a partnership to work, 1 1 really needs to be >2.
