well its on and off, timings keep changing, letters doesnβt matter all in the same queue. Also sometimes seeing reports on jumping queue. I have conspiracy theory that its possibly intentional to skew or fake figures on how long delays actually are for some reporting..

Cheltenham is obviously a @LibDems hold as a council as @cheltlibdems romp home in seat after seat. General election will be a tougher proposition altogether but itβs still good news for @mpmwilko who pioneered a lot of the councilβs success on climate & environmental policy. πΆ
