I have a ten year old Doberman named Drago. Over the past decade Iโ€™ve bought him every toy you can buy. None of them lasted a day. He ripped them all to shreds. A week ago I was at Target and saw a stuffed lamb (might be a sheep I have no idea) for sale. Bought it for Drago, expected it to last ten minutes. Iโ€™m not sure if he thinks itโ€™s his kid or what but he has not only not destroyed it, he brings it everywhere. When he eats, he brings it to his bowl. When he goes outside, he takes it. Iโ€™m fairly certain that if I tried to take it from him he would kill me. ๐Ÿ˜‚

The type series comprises three males (775โ€“830 mm total length) collected off the Pacific coast of Costa Rica between 2000 and 2023, at depths of 390โ€“787 m. Dear @WhiteHouse, my name is Rodney Smith Jr., founder of Raising Men & Women Lawn Care Service in Huntsville, Alabama. Through our 50 Yard Challenge, over 6,000 kids across the country have signed up to mow free lawns for the elderly, disabled, veterans, active-duty military, first responders, and single parents. With America celebrating its 250th birthday this year and me also being born on July 4th, I wanted to humbly ask if a few kids from our program and myself could travel to Washington, D.C. to help mow the White House lawn for this historic celebration. More than anything, I want these kids to see how a simple act of service something as ordinary as mowing a lawn for someone in need can lead to extraordinary places. What better lesson in community service than showing them that helping others can take them all the way to our nationโ€™s capital? Iโ€™d also love to bring my American flag-themed mower in hopes that the President might sign it, so I can later auction it off and donate 100% of the proceeds to a nonprofit supporting veterans. It would be a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to highlight the importance of service, patriotism, and the impact young people can have when they choose to make a difference. ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ

Iโ€™m all for PBM reform. But realize that the biggest PBMs are owned by the biggest insurance companies. Right now they use the PBMs as a cash cow. BUT, they arenโ€™t stupid. They will move those dollars wherever they need to compensate for any PBM legislation. They are TOO BIG TO CARE The best solution is to make them divest all non insurance assets. In the interim, if you donโ€™t play out all the money flows, and get ahead of them with legislation . they will laugh all the way to the bank. They already are moving from rebates to fees. They will include things in invoices you have no idea you are being charged for. Employer, patient , state , hospital, physician , if they can charge you, they will PBMs ARE NOT STANDALONE BUSINESSES.
