Thank you to the team for their dedication and input into our development day! Each term we come together reflect on our service, what can we do to keep driving improvement forward and supporting our children - finishing off with a festive activity and painting candles.

A visit to York Minster’s annual light show is becoming a firm favourite of ours. Seeing young people memorised and their jaws drop when they see the minster and watch the show makes it’s all worth it ❤️❤️ I’m proud of our year 11s, they’re an incredible bunch!

AS: Earlier this year, #ADCS24 published a paper called Childhood Matters, it is an urgent call to arms to put children and families at the heart of all national policy decisions... I shared these statistics back in April and I’m doing so again as quite frankly, they are shameful

Thank you to Mr Convey @LadybridgeHigh for the guided tour our young person said, ‘he really gets foster kids and I know he’ll understand what I’ve been through’ We know staff are fantastic and have the child in the centre but it means even more when our children see it to!
