This took away a major moment from people living with HIV and a fat/HIV queer person to platform her lies. I will end with saying that I’ve only asked for an apology and admission from her publicly that she did not write the longline and her work was never stolen.

🎥 2009: DeMaurice Smith testified to the US House Judiciary Committee that he was committed to current and former players in “getting the right answers” to protect them.
Before Congress, Smith said he would “do better,” but, this year, he bargained away disability benefits.

All we want is for retired player with TBI to receive what was promised to them in the concussion settlement agreement. Retired players are confused as to how their Class Counsel received over 100M but they are still waiting to be paid or even approved?????
