Great work from Cathrin Grawe and others in our lab!
Check out our latest publication in which we present PASMAN to profile DNA-protein affinities and specificities from crude lysates using a SILAC/TMT multiplexed quantification approach. 20 DNA affinity purifications analyzed in a single LC-MS run! pubs.acs.org/doi/10.1021/acs…

Excited to see our PAQMAN method being applied to study PTM-protein interactions beyond nucleic acid-protein interactions. Check @kw_kliza paper for more information👇
Excited to share my postdoc work @LabVermeulen out in @MolecularCell! We combined chemical synthesis of affinity-enrichment ADPr probes with proteomics to identify and discriminate between MAR and PAR readers. A fruitful collaboration with Filippov lab! cell.com/molecular-cell/full…

Very interesting to see how electroporation cuvettes are shipped nowadays🤔😂🍟 Unfortunately, no chips included but I would pass on the beef dripping anyway...

Very proud to present our review article, where we discuss methods to study RNA-protein interactions with a focus on recently developed Cas13-based approaches. A good end of this chaotic year and a nice start of the holidays :D
Check out our latest review on proteomics methods to study RNA-protein interactions. Fantastic work from Cathrin Gräwe (@c_grawe), Suzan Stelloo (@Suz_Stelloo) and Femke van Hout! Happy holidays everyone! cell.com/trends/biotechnolog…

Tune in on Tuesday @ 04:30 UK time to hear the latest from our lab including unpublished data on a novel essential mammalian transcription factor that activates CpG islands and positions nucleosomes (also DNA methylation involved)
Our next webinar is on Tuesday, 14th at 4.30pm BST. Dirk Schübeler (@SchubelerLab) will be talking about the interplay between transcription factors and chromatin. Zoom link is at qmulepigenetics.com/webinars. Thanks to @Diagenode for the support.
