Hey all my running/walking/track people...what do you think is bigger/better; the sub 4 hour mile by Bannister, or the sub 2 hour marathon (Sebastian Sawe) that was just run in London? It was thought that neither record would ever be broken. What say ye?

Friends,this Tuesday, 3/25, Jersey Mike's Subs will donate 100% of their sales(expected to be 30 million) to the Special Olympics! I'm in...are you? To date they have donated 143 million to charities, and oh BTW, they make great hoagies/subs. Not an Ad, but endorsement! THX JM's

Now that is a DUCK collection! It's going to be a great year. An idea...every morning hide one somewhere in the school. Whoever finds it...keeps it. Put the date on it, or put some inspiration on it, or put your school name on it. They have mini ducks...harder to find.

I need a bigger “cup” after attending #SHAPEBaltimore because it has overflown. My 1st Nat’l convention was filled with learning from and alongside great educators. Connections were the highlight of my experience.

The 1st session I participated in at #SHAPEBaltimore was all about using ducks in PE, led by the amazing @HouselPhysEd, @mortonmoves and @candypeguy and we were so inspired to get our own…but obviously the first thing that needed to be done was make a Trick Shot with them!
