-Sleep by 10 pm wake up at 5 am
-3 days strength, 2 cardio, stretching, walks
-Protein heavy breakfast, last meal by 7pm
-No TV. Only curated feed
-Water drinking habit
-Stay @ 145-150 lbs, Fat < 12% RHR < 50
-Avoid self-harming things
