I have to say Erica that I appreciate your work. I read your investigative piece on the #advisor titles at the banks and other financial institutions, and it was telling. Something I had always been suspicious of for years till this was clearly spelled out to represent sales ppl.

We had the exact experience with @KiaCanada in Ottawa - waited nearly a year for a new Telluride just to be told they oversold the 2022s, we were automatically being upgraded to a 2023 with loads of additional fees they still couldn’t even confirm when the vehicle would arrive.
