Minster now promoted to a higher position in Gov, told us just to be "Patient" & DOM dont reply !! ( They did reply- 2 week ago! ) 🙈 you cannot believe we are still waiting for the decision. 11 months Capita / RAF in the medical process.

Yet the Minister’s letter still says: “Please be patient.” “DOM do not acknowledge appeals.”
