As of 5pm, the Portland Airport's new all time record high temperature is 112°F. This breaks yesterday's all time record high temperature of 108°F. Records began in 1940. Pre-yesterday the warmest temperature on record was 107°F set in July 1965 & twice in Aug 1981. #pdxtst #orwx

Since I destroyed my ankle wearing a pair of @birkenstocks, I am now in the market for another pair of sandals that 1) have good traction and the soles don't wear out and get slick in a month like Birks and 2) don't look dorky. I realize this is a huge ask. Anyone?

Today is March 6th, the anniversary of the last time I went out and did a normal social thing pre-covid. I went to @bluecowgirl_'s art show at Radius and then to a concert that evening. I'm really looking forward to things getting back to normal, I miss my friends & doing things.
