Virtual or in person ‘body doubling’ has always been an effective strategy for me to improve motivation & focus as that’s something I struggle with. Some virtual #coworking platforms or #apps include Flown, @focusmate or FlowClub 👩‍💻(links in article bitly.ws/Bupm)

When looking at your best option for ongoing care, it will come down to two options - #homecare and #agedcare. Home care can have a wide range of benefits for an older person, such as being able to stay at home for longer. bit.ly/3SLMS0y

What non-Government funded aged care alternatives are there? via @talkingagedcare
When people think of #agedcare and services, they normally imagine a #Government funded and regulated #agedserviceprovider or facility. But there are a number of different alternatives that aren't Government funded and can be easier to access. bit.ly/3CmEdLk

#Volunteering in #agedcare is so rewarding. I feel the same @AgedcarenewsAus bit.ly/3r5IOfl. I’ve been volunteering in #RAC for over a year now & I ❤️ it! Here is a pic of me & Hetty. We started using Snapchat filters because they’re fun & now it’s become a regular thing

Great to hear that home care packages are high on the priority list. Many older people want to avoid going into a #RACF & prefer a home care package - making sure they are getting the right kind of care at home is essential, especially as baby boomers start to enter aged care
We've already taken steps to improve home care by capping management fees and banning exit fees. Getting home care right is one of my top priorities.
