Finally out! Proud to present the collaborative effort where we systematically mapped neuropeptide-GPCR interactions biochemically (doi.org/10.1101/2022.10.30.5…) and constructed an in silico map of neuropeptide signaling in the worm brain doi.org/10.1101/2022.10.30.5…
The event-level quantification, while harder to interpret, allows you to find interesting events across all neurons. The genome browser view gives direct access to the raw data and can help contextualize the results of the other tools. 6/7
See the documentation at splicing.cengen.org for details on what the tools are showing. Please note that this data and tools are a work in progress, we are developing various ways to improve cleaning and validation. Feel free to contact us for questions or suggestions! 7/7
As always, the code is on Github (github.com/cengenproject/Cen…). Let us know if you still have problems, feedback, or if you need some more functionality! (6/6)
