In the middle of converstion, I got some notes from sir yuri like: a. There will be new mindshare model for Wallchain b. There will be a new experiment too for the community **Sir yuri can not attend for lil bit longer, because he had another activity. The conversation will be continued by his Co Founder, sir max. Sir max also is giving his opinion too like: a. Focus giving a value to others or even the social community, like how to build engagement & good feedback for each other. b. Focus creating a networking with those who quack in Wallchain c. Don't forget to use extension score from Wallchain, where you all can download it from google extension. In this case, X score is really important to show who truly you are as a content creators, founders, writers, yappers, etc. d. Always build a positive community, work with them at least 2-4 months to boost each other, at the end of time you will also get a good score from this activity. Finding a good & positive community can create a good metric for your profile. e. Build & level up your skill set in content creation. Creating a good content can give you huge impact into the leaderboards, engagements, & others. From the Q & A, I also got notes from sir max like: 1. Small account matters, because either small accounts or even big accounts did the same thing for giving their best quack to the community & Wallchain 2. When tyer @supertyer stated if Wallchain community is totally amazing, the way all creators created quack contents in Wallchain & the way they supported each other. He also stated if Wallchain is very different than other platforms. In addition, as a user we can track our reward points based on our activities; where other platforms can not do it specifically like that. 2. When babatunde @what3verman also reminded us about the connection with @quacks_lady . According to him, starting from now on always push yourself to connect & interact with Quacks Lady. This is very important, always there's a reason Quacks Lady got powered by Wallchain itself. Last statement, he also said focus into the platform that shows the truly who you are. Either quacking in wallchain or even yapping in @KaitoAI ; because the thing that yo have to remember is the long term process within the game. For 2 years, he spent $100k building an AI SaaS and only made $150,000. His margins evaporated into paid ads & compute costs. So he killed the saas and pivoted to a services model. $1-2k per month per client for [redacted] services. He's doing $1M/year now (and got there quickly). His margins? 70%!! Because most of the agency work it's not being done by humans, but rather AI agents and automations. Meanwhile a lot of SaaS founders I talk to are reinvesting everything back into the business in the name of growth, and are lucky to be seeing even 30% margins!!
