I hate AI video, however, this is directionally the way AI video needs to go.
Trying to endlessly generate prompts and roll the dice is awful.
Generating 3D scenes and allowing the user to pick the camera angles, lenses, depth of field, movements, etc, is how AI video needs to be done.

The way you turn AI into a compounding asset is by codifying your best ways of working and then democratizing it across your company in a way that wasn't possible before.
One of the more common requests we get from companies earlier in their AI journey now is to stand up their internal skill library & fill that library with skills that we build through interviews/sessions with top performers.

i’m working on this too. iphones tend to crash at around 200MB VRAM which is such a banger of a limit that i rearchitected my entire world pipeline to aggressively stay under this limit.
most games have toggles/quality settings and if your fps sucks you lower them, but since ios safari just straight up crashes we can’t do that.

I know a guy running a $2K/month local newsletter business with 4 AI Agents.
It's called 'Spokane Pulse" and has 7,400 subscribers, 47.5% open rate, ~11% CTR.
Here's how the agents work:
→ A Growth Engineer agent scrapes every local news site, subreddit, and event calendar at 6am daily. It also manages all the Facebook ads for the subscriber growth
→ A Content Director reads the database and writes the weekly newsletter in his voice
→ A Sales Director handles every inbound advertiser — email back-and-forth, package pitching, AI-generated ad creative
→ A CEO agent orchestrates all three and reports back to him
The result: a real local media business that runs like a company instead of a stack of cron jobs.

On one side, you have the VC, with a network.
On the other, the founder, without.
Just to get the attention of the VC, the founder must navigate a network of strangers to find someone who believes in their idea enough to agree to pass it on.
And then they hope the VC, hearing this idea from a second-hand source, also sees the potential.
Who does this nonsense work well for?
It works reasonably well for founders with "obvious" ideas that have some recognisable "pedigree", who are perhaps gifted with charisma.
However, none of these attributes are positively correlated with returns.
They are positively correlated with generating faster markups, so it also works well as a filter for the scaled venture platforms who sell allocation to LPs.
But, for most founders, it's a massive waste of time and a painful distraction to be forced to play this ridiculous ego-driven relationship game.
The first thing any new VC should pledge is to not waste founders' time, because it is infinitely more precious than any VC's time.
The arrogance of making founders jump through hoops for a chance at raising money is insane. Unless you believe your customers are LPs, rather than founders.
