Second half good, first half not so good. A thrilling surge from England but defending like that won’t be enough in a big knockout game. Report from Dallas

I previously said if we kept the squad we only needed about 3 signings to get back. With Cucurella and Enzo gone, thats increased to 5/6 signings to get back. We're back to a mini rebuild again im afraid.
A penny for Marc Guehi's thoughts...Stones at fault for Crostia's first goal and Konsa caught on second. Tuchel may have made the wrong call at the back.
Imagine wanting a DM Caicedo whose best attributes are defensive.
Matic and Kante worked cause you had Hazard to carry the ball and Kante was also mobile up and down.

Wharton isn’t the ideal midfielder needed but I’m taking those line breaking passes to cope with Chelsea suffering next season.
I’m signing both Wharton and Bouaddi. Sell one of them midgets Lavia or Essugo.
I am so curious to see how this Chelsea side will line-up under Xabi Alonso.
Sheer unlimited funds, in the search for some experienced „win now“ players, yet willing to cut ties with anyone who wants out of the project.
With Enzo Fernandez & Cucurella, Chelsea will lose two of their very few already ready-made top-players in their squad.
Gonna be interesting months coming up in London.
One to watch…. Real Madrid reporters from @marca are saying that Enzo Fernandez is now the number 1 target and they want the deal done like Cucurella in “lightning speed” #CFCmarca.com/futbol/real-madrid…
Chelsea is so far behind Man City, Arsenal and Liverpool. Been fighting with Aston Villa, Newcastle, and now Brighton and Bournemouth finished above. Man Utd and Spurs can take a lead.
Smh these directors are more concerned with saving wages than correct sporting decisions. I think they still plan to sell Jackson, just have to brief he may stay so his value doesn’t even drop further.
👋 @JacobsBen: There's a big difference as well in the wage of Nico Jackson versus the wage of Emegha. So it's much more cost effective for Chelsea if they're still looking to bring in fees and get a wage off the books to sell Jackson, as opposed to U-turn on Emegha.
