A brilliant scrub tech recently suggested using dilute hydrogen peroxide in a tough case with extensive, organized clot. It was an amazing response lysing a bladder full of clot in secs. How have I never heard of this? Is this common elsewhere? #UroSoMe #urology @AmerUrological

Just a few minutes into my Urology Ward shift and handed this by Sister. Immediately diagnosed an overactive bladder and recommended anti-cholinergics. I could see from the expression on her face she was impressed! Not lost the old touch!!Curiously not had any other calls 🤔

I'm a doctor. Current NHS pension taxation rules are unfairly hitting senior doctors hard with many forced to retire early/reduce hours. This crisis cant go on.
