To improve reproducibility in (systems) neuroscience we have developed:
- NeuroBlueprint (neuroblueprint.neuroinformat…), a simple, standard data folder specification
- datashuttle (datashuttle.neuroinformatics…), to automate the creation, validation and transfer of NeuroBlueprint projects

We fused many fMRI datasets into a comprehensive map of the cerebellum - and created a new resource for localizing and interpreting data.
