While we have been disappointed by the pace of rail adoption for @OndasNetworks it is happening. NGHE is coming and the @AAR_FreightRail has validated 802.16 as THE standard. All legacy NB networks are cyber-vulnerable. 802.16t enables advanced cyber technologies to ensure ALL critical rail networks (900/450/220/160) are secure and resilient.
National policy is requiring these upgrades across all critical infrastructure markets. $ONDS
$ONDS In my opinion - the value of networks (rail) segment just 10X'd overnight considering the 450mhz and 802.16t will be the new backbone on HOT/EOT replacement technologies to address this known vulnerability.

@ive_m5, it is not our view that @OndasNetworks is creating an overhang at $ONDS...its just that the market is not valuing it appropriately. The #802.16 tech represents a generational change for the massive NA rail industry.

Thank you @ive_m5. You ask the right question about whether @OndasHoldings creates more value for it's shareholders by having @OndasNetworks and OAS (@AmericanRobotic / @AiroboticsUAV ) in the same company.
$ONDS My Family Office preference is to have a split/spin for Networks(Rail) and OAS(Drone). The sooner the better. We own ~2M shares across all accounts with our latest additions. Hopefully this is something that is addressed on July 9th during the investor day meeting. Thank you!

1/2 Today, on behalf of Charles & Potomac Capital and affiliated entities (C&P Group) a 13-D was filed regarding C&P's holdings in $ONDS (NASDAQ) due to C&P founder, Joe Popolo, signing an Ethics Agreement with the Federal Government in anticipation of his receiving final confirmation by the United States Senate as the US Ambassador to the Kingdom of the Netherlands. The agreement requires the C&P Group to dispose of its ONDS shares. The group intends to donate those shares to the Popolo Family Foundation within 90 days of Joe being confirmed.
