My last @parkrun was Xmas Day, 38 3/40 Austin was born NYE I missed my NYD run which would have been my 50th! Today I finally put on my trainers, downloaded the Couch to 5k app & made a return to running, with Austin in the @Thule #ChariotCross Achieving my 50th Parkrun!

My kind, beautiful, friend Karina who is a nurse, wife & mother of 2 young boys, has had 3 years in remission following breast cancer, after chemo, surgery and radiotherapy. On June 20th she was told she had stage 4 incurable cancer to the pleura ❤️ justgiving.com/crowdfunding/…
