Buyer beware-- 📢 I am beyond frustrated with @Asurion and @ATT! For FIVE MONTHS, I've been trying to file a claim for my 13" iPad Pro, only to have my claim lost, an outdated shipping address causing issues, and inadequate replacement offers. I’ve wasted HOURS on the phone with zero resolution! The cash offer was laughable and doesn’t even cover a proper replacement. This level of service is unacceptable! I expect immediate action and a resolution to this ongoing nightmare. #Asurion #ATT #ridiculous #CustomerServiceFail. But almost feels like a scam and all the monthly insurance premiums I have been paying vastly exceed the amount of the claim. I had a contract (an offer, acceptance and consideration) and they have an obligation to make good on that offer. Considering takinghtem to small claims court.

@Tmobile did the same thing to me when my kid called me from a cruise ship at the "wrong time" and charged me $6/minute for international calling. I wasted hours dealing with it only to have them still screw me out of $135. International calling is a scam.

Why @ATT wll be out of business within 5 years. Had a terrible interaction with @ATTcustomerservice regarding an international long distance call where they charged me $174 dollars for the call. An associate who travels globallyhad called me from environs unknown. I asked if I could call back in a minute and hit redial. Could have used FT or whatsapp for free but was more convenient to hit redial. Turns out he was in the UAE. We spoke for 58 mins. I was aghast when I saw the charge. Normally AT&T customer service reprices to the most favorable program. The representative refused to adjust the charge as a courtesy which they have done in the past. I explained after 45 minutes of fruitless discussion I that customer retention is quite typical as a corporate objective. Each minute increased my blood pressur eand my wrath to the point I will terminate my AT&T account after 30 years as a loyal customer. I tried to explain customer acquisition cost and loss of a subscriber exceed the adjustment by a factor of 100x. No understanding whatsoever. Tried to escalate to a supervisor who was even less helpfl. So this is a notice to You completely wasted 45 minutes of my time and lost a customer. Bye bye!. .
